David Karam is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. Mr. Karam is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a 1972 graduate of the University of Texas @ El Paso with a business degree.
Mr. Karam has over 34 years of commercial real estate experience. Experience includes development, sales, leasing, and management of industrial, office, multi-unit residential, and retail properties totaling over a million square feet.
The focus for David Karam over the past 20 years is the development of retail Neighborhood Shopping Centers in El Paso, TX that, in 1992, totaled 319,000 square feet. David Karam was the property manager for all the properties until their eventual sell off in 2003.
David Karam’s last project was the development of 97 acres of raw Interstate-10 frontage in El Paso, TX. Mr. Karam began developing the land in 2005. The project resulted in the development of residential homes, three hotels and two restaurants.
Currently, David Karam, via Jaxon Texas Property Management, manages his properties, as well as the properties of clients.
Robert is a principal of Jaxon Texas Property Management Company.
Robert’s experience in real estate included both commercial and residential real estate. Robert is a licensed real estate professional in the state of New Mexico and has real estate investments in New Mexico, Texas. and Colorado. Robert has spoken at several investment conferences for both commercial and residential real estate and has been a mentor for hundreds of real estate investors. Robert’s business consulting experience includes, business strategy, tactical planning, system implementation, business process improvement, HIPAA compliance, exception processing, software vendor selection, and eBusiness assessment. He was a guest speaker at an industry conference on the topic of HIPAA compliance in eHealth in Berkeley, CA
Robert has consulted with several organizations throughout the United States, including Kaiser Permanente, Humana, Premera Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Trinity Health Plan, CalOPTIMA, Baylor Health, Texas Instruments, and MedPartners.

Zach began his property management career with an on-site position in Sales and Management in a residential community. As a partner at Jaxon Texas Property Management, Zach specializes in Asset Management and Value Enhancement. He earned his Certified Property Manager designation from the prestigious Institute of Real Estate Management in 2010.
Zach is committed to providing professional management service for commercial and residential properties, as well as community associations.

Lindsey Karam has been with Jaxon Texas Property Management for the last eight years. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from New Mexico State University in 2008. In 2010, she received her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). She specializes in asset management, with emphasis on back office organization. Jaxon Texas greatly benefits from her use and knowledge of the industry leading YardiSystems software.
